With 1000m2 of plot, the villa has different outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying outdoor living. Leaving the kitchen and living room, we access a pleasant covered terrace with a table for 10 people. In front of the swimming pool there is a summer kitchen with oven and barbecue, sink and a large work area. In front of the summer kitchen there is another table to enjoy dinners or lunches in the open air and next to the swimming pool.

The villa has large areas of artificial grass, sun loungers and outdoor sofas that will allow you to enjoy unforgettable moments with your family.

Inside the plot there is space for 3 vehicles in the open air.
