This delightful semi-detached Mediterranean holiday home with beautiful 27 m2 private swimming pool is located in Rocamar, a peaceful area just a 25-minute walk from Sitges and beaches. Villa Mar Fina offers 4 comfortable bedrooms plus a garden suite and can sleep up to 10 guests. The outside spaces are ideal for maximum enjoyment of the outdoor Mediterranean lifestyle, with plenty of sunbathing space around the pool as well as a covered outdoor dining area and BBQ.
There are restaurants nearby, and Sitges, with its fine golden sandy beaches, an average of 310 sunny days per year, a mix of modernist and colonial architecture and an array of superb cafes, bars and restaurants is within easy reach. What’s more, it is less than a 30-minute drive from Barcelona Airport making it a convenient base for exploring the area’s many popular cultural and historical attractions.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms and is arranged over two floor as follows.
Entrance level:
Upon entering Villa Mar Fina, you’ll find a staircase on the right that leads up to the bedrooms. The entrance level features a spacious open plan dining and living space, with a shared fireplace for those cooler out of season nights. In the living room you will find a large comfortable sofa with TV and the dining area has a large dining table with chairs for 8 guests. Sliding doors lead to the patio and pool area from both the dining and living room areas, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, a hob, a small dishwasher, oven, and a breakfast bar with two chairs. Next to the kitchen is a conveniently located bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
The garden suite has flexible access: it can be entered from inside the house, via a patio at the back of the villa, or through a door from the garden. This air-conditioned room includes twin/double bed, desk and a compact bathroom with washbasin and toilet for added convenience.
Upper level:
The upper level of Villa Mar Fina features a variety of well-appointed bedrooms. Immediately on the right is a double bedroom room. Next to it is the master bedroom, which includes a TV, private balcony and wardrobes.
Across from the master bedroom is a shower room with a washbasin. Adjacent to the shower room is a family bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Further along on the right are a further two twin/double bedrooms.
In the hall, you will find a closet for extra storage and an air conditioning unit that efficiently serves all the bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout. The upper level has a door at the top of the stairs that helps the air conditioning unit distribute the cool air throughout.

The garden and pool area of Villa Mar fina is a beautiful private oasis adorned with Mediterranean trees and plants, and accessible from all parts of the house. The inviting 27 m2 private pool is surrounded by attractive wooden decking and flanked by 5 comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the warm Spanish sun.
A covered dining space seating 10 or more guests is ideal for enjoying alfresco meals prepared on the BBQ, which is located to the side of the house.
There is free street parking outside the villa.
Regular bus service to and from the town and beach if needed.
