Teatro Romano Garden Apartment is a luxurious 110 m² apartment in the heart of Veronetta, just steps from Roman Theater, Ponte Pietra and Castel San Pietro. The living room, with its soft colors and welcoming atmosphere, is furnished with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a single bed if needed. Next to the living area, you will find a reading nook with a wall-mounted bookshelf and a glass window overlooking the distinctive cave carved out of the rock outside the apartment. Here, you can relax on one of the outdoor armchairs placed in the alcove. All the floors in the living area are light-colored herringbone parquet, adding a touch of warmth and elegance to the space.



The kitchen, with its undeniable style and class, features a large island and an induction cooktop. You\'ll also find an oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The peninsula, with two comfortable stools, is perfect for a quiet breakfast, which you can also enjoy in the private outdoor grotto or the garden, accessible directly from the kitchen. The kitchen floors are made of practical and stylish gres. The dining area, always bathed in natural light, has a beautiful table for six people and all the necessary dishes and utensils (plates, cutlery, water and wine glasses, cups, pots, pans, and kitchen accessories) are at your disposal.



The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a green velvet headboard that perfectly matches the refined wallpaper. A stylish Venetian bedside rug and a large wall mirror add a touch of elegance and space to the room. The en-suite bathroom is cozy and intimate, equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, and sink, providing the perfect environment to feel pampered. The twin bedroom has two single beds. A four-door wardrobe over 2 meters high offers ample space for all your needs, while a modern bedside table with an industrial-style lamp completes the decor.



The second bathroom, accessible from the living area, is decorated in tones of blue and gold, creating an elegant and relaxing environment. It is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. In the anteroom, you will find a washing machine and cleaning products, ensuring practicality and comfort during your stay.



The large outdoor space of over 30 m² is lush with greenery, ideal for relaxation. It includes a small private cave and a large green area with an outdoor dining table for six, perfect for alfresco dining with a view of the splendid Santuario della Madonna di Lourdes. The independent entrance and free internal parking add extra comfort and privacy to your stay.



To complete the accommodation, there is a private parking space inside the condominium garage, easily reachable with the elevator located outside the apartment. The accommodation is equipped with WiFi and an autonomous air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.



The apartment is located in the Veronetta district, dating back to Roman times. Just a few steps away, you can visit well-preserved artifacts such as the Roman Theater, located 300 meters from the apartment and now a splendid setting for important theatrical events. The neighborhood is rich in churches and other sites of historical and artistic significance, and a short walk will take you to the iconic Ponte Pietra, the oldest bridge in Verona, and the panoramic hill of Castel San Pietro, reachable in 10 minutes on foot or by the funicular located near the apartment. The neighborhood also offers charming typical restaurants, ethnic eateries, cocktail bars, shops, and artisan workshops. Please note that payment for your reservation is managed directly by our agency. You will receive an email when each payment is due, with details on how to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The first 50% is due 60 days before arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
