The raised ground-floor apartment enjoys a private terrace with a coffee table and chairs so guests can relax and take in the panoramic mountain views. Inside, the open-plan living/dining area is stylishly furnished with contemporary pieces. There are 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 and a modern, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double sofa bed, a sofa and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This cosy bedroom off the living area has a bunk bed.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. There is also a wardrobe for guests’ use.

The apartment is on the hillside, 5 minutes from the resort of Sauze d’Oulx, a popular holiday destination at any time of year. The surrounding countryside is known for its spectacular beauty.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options. The Sportinia chairlift is 5 minutes from the apartment and the resort is part of the famous “Milky Way” network, which is 100km of slopes for skiers of all levels. In the summer, there are numerous hiking and mountain biking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains.
There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a supermarket and other smaller shops selling local delicacies.
Turin airport is a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
