Our apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three guests within its 55m² interior space. It is located on the second floor. It features one double bedroom, modern bathroom, and an open-plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and lounge . The living room sofa converts into an additional bed. Our apartment features a wonderful sea view balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea. It is ideally situated in the city of Chania, just a 25 minute walk to Chania Old Town & Venetian Harbor, and a 10-minute walk to Koum Kapi beach.

Our apartment is located about 20’ walk from Chania city center in the area of Dikastiria. Within walking distance (5’ walk) you will find numerous shops, super markets & grocers, pharmacies, many cafes and restaurants of great quality and choice to sit in or take away. We are also ideally located just 10’ walk from the sandy beach of Koum Kapi.
Within a 20' minutes walk you can wander around the scenic cobbled alleys of the Old Town or walk around the Venetian Harbour, explore its shops and unique markets or find out about the city’s unique history and multicultural heritage. The Municipal Market is also the perfect spot for your local product shopping like honey, cheese & herbs and an interesting walk to get a glimpse of the local everyday life.
At the city’s central bus station, located just 2km away, you can find bus routes connecting all major points of the island of Crete and all the famous beaches and sights to the north or south.
- Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
