This elevated ground floor self-catering apartment offers a tastefully decorated open-plan living, kitchen/diner , 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and balcony & a second bedroom with two twin beds and wardrobe that can accommodate spaciously a family of 4.
Two living room balconies offer different rural views to the village of Lakithra and Mount Ainos!

Fully equipped kitchen for all meals preparation, and extras such as washing machine & dishwasher make these apartments a perfect value for money selection for lengthy stays!
For season 2025 we have made renovations and useful additions such as :
- working stations in all apartments : a desk and chair with high speed WIFI of up to 50mps.
- Brand new King size Beds and mattresses ( 160x215x110cm) in all master bedrooms.
- Krups Dolce Gusto Espresso machines.

Parking: Parking is available outside of the property on local road.
Local Amenities:
The walk to Lakithra village is easy , flat road and there is a vast selection of tavernas and restaurants in just minutes , along with small mini market, a bakery and a pharmacy on the outskirts of the village. Big supermarkets such as Lidl and gas stations are 12 minutes by car on main road Ep. Odos Argostoliou-Porou.
The airport is only 7 minutes by car , but it is not walking distance as the route is hilly and is not suggested especially when carrying luggage.
Argostoli town is as close as a 14 minutes drive.
Within 7 minutes by car you have access to the sandy coast line of South Kefalonia's most pristine beaches such as Ammes, Avithos, Ai Helis Beach perfect for families with young children, as the shallow waters and sheltered bays make for safe and enjoyable swimming. Towards Lassi area you will also find the very popular Makris & Platis Gialos organized sandy coasts.
With such view of Mount Ainos one of the seven tallest mountain tops of Greece , you can't miss the opportunity to have a pic nic on a sunny day at the top and enjoy all around views of the Ionian see and Mainland Greece! Combine it with a visit to Kefalonia's biggest Monastery of Saint Gerasimos the patron Saint of Kefalonia that is celebrated every 16th of August.
Kefalonia island has its own production of local wines, enjoy a booked tour and local delicacies at nearby wineries such as Gentilini Winery & Vineyards or Sarris Winery!
