In the smaller house there is another fully equipped kitchen and a small dining room and living room. There are 3 more bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The house also has 3 bathrooms.



In addition to the modern and tastefully decorated interior, the villa is characterized by a spacious exterior that is perfect for enjoyment and relaxation. Relax on the sun loungers by the saltwater pool and soak up the warm summer sun to the sound of chirping birds. Or prepare a barbecue and enjoy a meal under the stars. Or take a walk through the beautiful countryside and enjoy the silence that surrounds you. Whichever activity you choose, you can't go wrong. We saved the best for last - although Labin is a town in the interior of Istria, Rabac is only a few kilometers away, and in Rabac there is the sea. The coast is less than 20 minutes away by car, so be sure to take the opportunity to swim or walk along the sea.
