kitchen with an island, 2 spacious sitting areas, a dining area, a
large balcony, and a verandah. Amenities include air
conditioning/heating, a 42inch Smart TV, Netflix, table football, a
small football pitch with 2 goal gates, table tennis, a security
system, a washing machine, and a dryer. Outdoor highlights feature a
large swimming pool with sunbeds, a lush garden with exotic plants, a
barbecue and bar under an aluminum pergola, and ample parking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
