Villa Marin is a brand new property situated 200 meters from the seafront and beach in Jesenice and just a short walk to restaurants. This contemporary villa has been purpose built to accommodate large groups of up to 20 guests and has been equipped with all modern amenities and facilities to keep both adults and children entertained throughout their stay. It offers amazing sea views, a private heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, Jacuzzi, two games rooms, alfresco dining and private parking for 5/6 cars. Distributed over 5 levels with a surface area of 700m² it provides fully air conditioned and spacious interiors with areas dedicated for both privacy and socialising. There are 10 bedrooms situated on the 3 upper floors, 9 of them (5 x king-size / 4 x twins) feature flat-screen TV's, modern en-suite shower rooms and sea facing balconies while the tenth bedroom is ideal for 2 children with a bunk-bed and TV. The top floor bedroom has a larger balcony with the added bonus of a Jacuzzi/Hot tub, a perfect spot to unwind, relax and loose yourself in the panoramic vistas of the Adriatic sea and Brac Island. The living area is on the ground floor and opens out to the pool terrace, a large open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, lounge, TV and 2 adjustable dining tables that can be joined to seat 20 people. A further shower room and a games room with Playstation and children's games are also on this floor. On the lower level, you will find leisure activities that include a sauna, gym, pool table, table football and darts. Table tennis is also available on the outside terrace, along with a heated swimming pool with 6 massage jets and feature waterfall, sun loungers, al fresco dining area and barbecue.

Villa Miran is situated between Split (30 mins drive) and Omis (15 mins drive), this convenient location gives you easy access to visit historical landmarks and natural wonders as there are many opportunities in this area for exploring, sight-seeing, excursions and sporting activities to suit all tastes. You can experience the nightlife and restaurants in Split or sample the local cuisine in a seafront Konobo. The choice is yours for a perfect holiday in Croatia!
