On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious air-conditioned living room with a large sofa where you can relax and watch something entertaining on the TV. There is also a fireplace in the living room for a special atmosphere and next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the standard kitchen appliances, you will also find a dishwasher, toaster and drip coffee maker. Villa Oaza has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has access to a balcony, while the others are on the first floor. All bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your clothes. The courtyard of the villa covers an area of 738 m² and offers various facilities to make your stay more interesting. In addition to the pool, there is a relaxation area with sun loungers and a ping pong table for those who like to stay active during their vacation. For even more activity, the villa has a pool table and indoor fitness equipment. And if you get hungry after all these activities, there is a wood-fired barbecue in the courtyard so you can quickly prepare delicious meals for the whole group.

Take a walk through the old town and visit the Temple of Neptune, the Arch of the Sergii and the Gate of Hercules, and be sure to visit the Pula Arena, an amphitheater that hosts a variety of events throughout the year, from concerts and film screenings to a winter skating rink in December, but is equally impressive even if you just end up walking around it.
