The ground floor features an airy, large, and sunlit open-plan living space. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area with a 50’’ TV . Adjacent to the living room, a dining table for eight and a fully equipped modern kitchen invite you to prepare and enjoy traditional Cretan meals. The kitchen is outfitted with all essentials, including an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and more. Sliding glass doors connect the living space to the large veranda with an outside dining table and furniture, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Furthermore, on this level there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower/WC.



Ascending to the first floor, there is a beautiful atrium overlooking the ground floor where you’ll find a playroom–office with books and games. Also on this floor, there is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower cabin and a bathtub with hydro massage, opening to a beautiful balcony with great views and two more bedrooms, one with a queen-sized double bed and a bedroom with two single beds sharing a shower/WC.



Villa Arios Lux's spacious outdoor area is a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. The private 50 m² swimming pool, with a depth of from 0,80 m to 1.60 m, is the centerpiece of the terrace. Guests can enjoy sun loungers and umbrellas, the barbecue area, and an outdoor dining table for up to eight, making alfresco dining under the stars an unforgettable experience. A shaded veranda with comfortable seating provides a perfect spot for relaxation, while a lawn area ensures children can play freely. A gated entrance and on-site parking enhance privacy and security.



This villa has an annex, which has its own private entrance and no access to the rest of the villa and pool. The annex is only occupied by the owner occasionally.
