The apartment of around 70m² can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, dining space and kitchen unit, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and Wc. The living room affords a beautiful view of the nearby sea. It also has satellite Tv.
The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The first bedroom provides a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, the second a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. One has access to the balcony, while the other also has a floor-to-ceiling window. The living room and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating these two rooms or even the whole apartment.. Wireless Internet access is available.
The living room and one of the bedrooms open onto the balcony with garden furniture, which affords a lovely view of the sea. You can park on public parking spaces on the street above the house.
The apartment is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday. The pebbled beach and the center with everyday shops, as well as restaurants and cafés, are only about 100 meters away, so you can leave your car parked. A range of sports activities are also available, such as a tennis court about 1 km away. You can rent motorboat, a boat jetty as well as mountain bikes or windsurf aquipment.
If you come by plane you do not have to wear your own beach towels. Ask them and you will get them.
