You'll struggle to find a more central villa than Villa Sol, as local supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants and bars are only 140m away. The sandy beach and main strip of Puerto del Carmen are within easy reach of the villa. You won't be short of things to do on your holiday too, especially as the villa comes with a private heated* pool, alfresco dining, and a table tennis set for some healthy competition between friends and family.
With two air-conditioned bedrooms, this villa is ideal for up to four guests. Both bedrooms reside on the first floor and have access to a shared first-floor conservatory, boasting amazing sea views across the Atlantic. If you look closely, you can even see the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The villa comes fully equipped with all the appliances you'd expect on a self-catering holiday, including a washing machine, dishwasher and smart TV.
For those who do want to hire car, Villa Sol has private off-road parking with electric gates for your peace of mind. Any items marked with an asterisk may be subject to an additional charge.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area. The villa sits on a hill within the resort. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The outside area is flat and tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the twin bedroom and shower room doors are 72cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 74cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 74cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
