The property is located in the tranquil, lake-side town of Toscolano Maderno on Lake Garda. The local ferry stop is just a 2-minute walk away and there is also a Bus stop just 400 mts away. To hire a boat Garda Yachting Charter is a 3-minute walk and the beautiful sandy beach of Spiaggia Azzuro a 4-minute walk away. Here, guests can rent a lounger and soak up the sun by the lakeshore.

Toscolano-Maderno also offers a variety of things to do and see, including a wonderful market every Thursday on Viale Marconi piazza Caduti Nassirya (a 15-minute walk) and the heritage attractions of ‘Ex Villa Cavallero’ (a 9-minute walk) and the archaeological site of ‘Villa Romana dei Nonii Arrii’ (a 20-minute walk / 4-minute drive).
