Luxury Villa Calmissima 2 features an elegant design with white stone, clean lines, and glass doors allowing plenty of natural light, surrounded by a green garden oasis with sea views. The villa is 150 meters from the sea.

The driveway leads to outdoor parking and the main entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a spacious terrace with a private heated pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, a seating area, and a dining table for 8 people, offering a magnificent view of Paklenica National Park.

Inside, the open-plan living area includes a large LCD SAT TV, PlayStation 4, fireplace, and a modern kitchen with an island and a dining table. This floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron, plus a shared bathroom with a shower and WC.

The first floor houses four air-conditioned bedrooms. Two have king-size beds, SAT TV, en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and walk-in showers, plus access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The shared balcony includes an outdoor jacuzzi with a stunning view.

The villa offers WI-FI, laundry facilities, and free parking for 4 cars. Additional amenities include a crib and high chair upon request.
