The villa's exterior is designed to maximize enjoyment of the island's warm climate. A large shaded outdoor area is equipped with comfortable seating, a spacious dining table, and lighting for evening gatherings.
At the heart of the outdoor space lies an impressive infinity pool, reflecting the deep blue of the sky. Surrounding the pool are elegant loungers/poufs, ideal for sunbathing with unobstructed views of the port of Korissia.
The strategic positioning of the villa ensures that whether you are swimming, relaxing in the shade, or enjoying a meal in the outdoor dining area, the mesmerizing view of the port of Korissia and the distant islands is always in front of you.
Ground Floor:
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright, open-plan living area. Large windows and sliding doors fill the space with natural light and offer views of the pool and sea. The living room is decorated with a harmonious blend of modern furniture and traditional touches, featuring a comfortable seating area and an entertainment system.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a large island for meal preparation, and a breakfast area. The kitchen opens directly to the outdoor dining and seating area, making it ideal for entertaining.

A convenient WC (guest bathroom) is located on this level for visitors.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom):
The master bedroom on the ground floor is a private retreat. It features a large queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Waking up here, you will enjoy stunning sea views every morning.

Bedroom 2 (Master bedroom):
This bedroom features a queen-size bed with a traditional built-in bed, known as an "oda," and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

First Floor:
Bedroom 3: Equipped with a queen-size bed that can be converted into two singles, as well as a sofa bed ideal for a child. Large windows offer views of the port. It has access to a shared bathroom with modern fixtures.

Bedroom 4: Similarly equipped with a queen-size bed that can be converted into two singles, with storage space and views of the surrounding hills and the port of Korissia. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.

In total the villa features 3 full bathrooms and a guest WC. All bathrooms are designed with high-quality materials, including marble finishes, modern sinks, and rain showers, providing a luxurious feel.

Just a few minutes' drive from the town of Korissia, guests have easy access to local restaurants, shops, and the island’s best beaches. The villa is ideally situated for exploring Kea’s beautiful hiking trails, ancient ruins, and hidden coves, while remaining close enough to the port for convenient ferry connections to the mainland.
