Villa Dariana with a private pool is situated in the centre of the pretty coastal town of Sumartin, on the beautiful Island of Brac. It offers superb views and a prime location just 20 meters from the seafront and a short stroll to beaches, cafes and restaurants. This traditional stone built property sleeps 6 in cosy yet modern interiors with air conditioning throughout its' three floors. It comprises; 3 bedrooms, 1 double with shower room on the second floor, and 1 double, 1 twin on the first floor with a shared guest bathroom (w/c). There is a further full bathroom on the ground floor along with a living area and open plan kitchen. The house is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, SAT TV and Wi-Fi. Outside, the landscaped garden is fenced and includes a private pool, sun terrace, loungers, al fresco dining area and a built-in barbecue. A path from the garden leads directly down to the port where you can buy seafood directly from the friendly fishermen who arrive daily with their catch.

Sumartin has a laid-back atmosphere and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with beautiful beaches and activities that are suitable for younger children, as well as cafe bars and restaurants serving traditional Dalmatian dishes. It's location also offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, boat trips and exploring the surrounding natural landscapes.

• Registration Fee: 10 €/booking
• Tourist Tax: 2.50 € / person per night (from 01.04 to 30.09) - 1.80 € / person per night (for all other dates). Children from the age of 12 to 18 - Pay 50%. Children up to 12 years old do not pay tourist tax.

Additional: Security deposit 300 €
Collected by credit card hold and returned upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.
