The house offers accommodation in two apartments located on the first floor. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a private parking space right in the yard.
Studio Kika is a pleasantly furnished and fully equipped studio designed for two guests. It includes a double bed, kitchenette, and dining table, all within a cozy, open-plan layout. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all essential kitchenware for a hassle-free stay. The bathroom includes standard amenities and a shower. A highlight of the studio is the private balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with a table and chairs, offering an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

- Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or balcony
- Pets are welcome with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 12 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
