This palatial villa offers an idyllic setting, mesmerising views of the Adriatic Sea, a private pool and an area dedicated to well-being, with indoor Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna and fitness equipment. Originally built between 1910 and 1915 by the noble family, Dešković as a summer residence and renovated in 2009. The exterior has been completely restored in it's original form while the interior has been enhanced by additional amenities for a luxurious holiday. Distributed over 3 floors, the fully air conditioned interiors include 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, recreational and living spaces of 330 m². On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped 'professional' kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, a guest bathroom and a well-being room with an additional shower, exercise using the fitness equipment, pamper yourself in the sauna or relax in the Jacuzzi with a glass of bubbles. A grand wooden staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the second floor and 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom on the third floor. One bedroom on each level forms part of the authentic tower of the building with a small seating area and triple aspect windows providing panoramic sea views. The second floor also includes a home office and an outdoor terrace. In harmony with the natural landscape, the property is embraced by stunning pine trees on it's 600 m² plot with a garden full of Mediterranean plants and flowers. A large private pool with crystal clear water takes centre stage with sun loungers arranged around it, and a barbecue/grill house and dining area are ideal for al fresco meals. In addition, a decked area above the pool stretches out to create a floating terrace with stunning views. A perfect spot for a morning coffee and an evening spent watching the colours change as the sun sets over the sea.
