The inviting L-shaped sofa offers plenty of room to relax, complemented by a flat-screen TV with Mag box access (providing UK TV channels, Sky, movies, and more). A dining table with seating for four completes this stylish area, which also features air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.



**Modern Kitchen:**

The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances, including a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Located just off the hallway, this space is equipped with a washing machine for your laundry needs.



**Bedrooms & Bathrooms:**

- **Bedroom 1 (Master Suite):** A king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, reading lamps, a set of drawers, and an overhead light/fan create a restful retreat. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC, single wash basin unit, and a lighted vanity mirror.

- **Bedroom 2:** A second king-size bedroom with similar furnishings and a relaxing ambiance.

- **Bedroom 3:** A cozy single bedroom with fitted wardrobes, perfect for a child or single guest.

- **Family Bathroom:** This separate bathroom includes a shower over bath, WC, bidet, and a single wash basin with a mirrored vanity unit.



**Exterior Features**



**Private Pool & Terrace:**

The villa’s stunning kidney-shaped pool (8m x 4m), featuring a waterfall and Roman step entry, is electrically heated from November to April. Four comfortable sunbeds provide the perfect setting to soak up the Lanzarote sunshine.



**Outdoor Dining & Relaxation:**

An alfresco dining area for four is perfectly positioned near the Canarian BBQ, allowing you to enjoy meals under the stars while staying connected with your group. A shaded chill-out seating area offers a tranquil space to unwind in the evenings.



**Additional Information**



- **Gated Community:** The villa is located in a secure, gated community with ample off-road parking.

- **Accessibility:** All rooms are conveniently located on one level.

- **Cleaning Service:** The villa is fully prepared for your arrival, with a departure clean included. For stays of 10-13 nights, mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are provided. Pool and beach towels are included.

- **Child-Friendly:** The first child under 2 stays free. Cots and high chairs are available upon request for EUR20 per week, per item.
