The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower, washing machine, sink, and hair dryer. The apartment is also air-conditioned, with two units for optimal comfort.

- Smoking is permitted only outside, on the terrace or balcony.
- Pets (up to 15 kg) are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee of 12 euros per day. By bringing a pet, you agree to take full responsibility for its care and not to leave it unattended in the apartment.
