This property includes two thoughtfully furnished apartments on the first floor, each with access to private parking conveniently located on-site.

Apartment Kika comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to create a double bed if preferred. The living room includes a sofa that converts into a bed (130 cm x 190 cm), providing additional flexibility and comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware to make dining in easy and enjoyable. The bathroom offers a shower, standard amenities, and a washing machine for added convenience. One of the highlights of this apartment is the private balcony with beautiful sea views, furnished with a table and chairs—a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of Croatian wine at sunset.

- Pets are welcome with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 12 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
