The home comprises two separate apartments, each around 65 square meters, rented together as a single unit. Each apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area.
The villa’s garden provides an array of amenities, including a seasonal pool, a sunny terrace around the private pool (7 m x 4 m x 1.40 m) with sun loungers and parasols, and an outdoor fireplace with a dining table and chairs for all guests to enjoy.
Pets are welcome with prior notice, subject to an additional fee of 15 eur per day.
