Apartment LiJan °3 is located on the first floor and offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, while an additional guest can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and all essential kitchenware, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable. The bathroom is fitted with standard amenities, including a shower.
The living room opens directly onto a large terrace, where guests can unwind with a glass of Croatian wine while taking in the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea.
Guests also have access to the shared garden, which boasts a heated saltwater pool, barbecue facilities, and a playground for children. For added convenience, an on-site electric vehicle charging station is available (additional fees may apply).
