Outside the flat you will find all the necessary services for your holidays as well as the beach of Santa Maria del Mar and the promenade, ideal to enjoy the sunset and the ocean. Located on the first floor of a building with lift, the flat has all the comforts to make you feel at home. The living-dining room is equipped with Smart TV and a sofa. The kitchen is independent, is ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep you will find three bedrooms, all equipped with a fan for the hottest nights and a wardrobe to store all your belongings. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed for two people. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. The flat has an excellent location, only 10 minutes from the centre of Cádiz but with all amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and architectural gems as well as amazing beaches. The beaches of Cadiz are a paradise for sun and sea lovers. La Caleta beach offers stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. The gastronomy is spectacular with must-try dishes such as fried fish and tapas. You should not miss one of its most outstanding monuments, the Cathedral of Cadiz, with its golden dome and the Roman Theatre, one of the best preserved in Spain.
