In the exterior of this beautiful villa you will find all the comforts you can imagine. You can cool off in the large chlorine pool which measures 15m x 7m and has a depth range between 1.5m and 1.9m or relax sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers. You can also enjoy the wonderful views from the outdoor dining area while preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch of the house will be your favourite place to linger in the evenings, as you can all gather together on warm summer evenings and enjoy the cooling breeze. Please note that there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial. Inside this one-storey house you have at your disposal a spacious living room open to the dining room which is equipped with Smart TV and a spectacular fireplace, barbecue and wood oven that will surprise you and will give you that rustic air that characterizes this house. The gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you will be able to choose between four bedrooms, perfectly equipped to make your stay the most pleasant. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second a double bed and two singles, and the remaining two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed each. Two bathrooms with shower serve the property. Fans, radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair. The villa is situated just 3 km from Mijas, which is a village on the Costa del Sol and is located in the hills of the Sierra de Mijas and just a few kilometres from the Mediterranean. It is known for its traditional charm, narrow cobbled streets and white houses with red tiled roofs. On the outskirts of Mijas, you will find the coastal town of Fuengirola, which has an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. In addition, you can find beautiful beaches nearby, such as Playa de las Gaviotas and Playa del Faro. Whether you are looking to enjoy nature or have easy access to all amenities while unwinding in your oasis of peace, this is the perfect place for you. The house is powered by solar panels.
