The Space:

Convenient bus stops provide easy access to both Marbella and Fuengirola, ensuring you’re never far from vibrant city life. This property truly delivers a balance of serene coastal living with excellent amenities.



Please note that one of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, while the rest of the apartment remains well-equipped for a comfortable stay.



The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
