The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor; three of them with one double bed each. The fourth room on the upper floor comes with one double bed and one bunk bed. Besides, one double bedroom offers a bath en-suite with shower and bathtub. Two more bathrooms are available, one on each floor. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and the bath on the first storey has a bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available on request. There are two lounges; one equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, TV and piano, and one living-dining room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen with the gas stove and in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. The apartment counts with oil central heating. Son Mesquida is located 3 km from Felanitx, with all kinds of services. In Felanitx Sunday is a market day. You can find there different local producs and crafts, fruits, vegetables, textiles, etc. On Saturdays there is a market in Santanyi. Do not miss the visit of Castell de Santueri and Castell de Sant Salvador. For golf lovers, just 11 km away, there is "Golf Vall d'Or". In a few km you will find also beautiful coves, such as Cala d'Or, Cala Mondragó, Portopetro, Cala Figuera, Cala Murada and many other. Please note that there is a cat on the property and the owner goes there every day to feed it. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
