This two-bedroom apartment is located in central Málaga, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everyday amenities. The property is ideally situated just 1.5 km from the Port of Málaga and La Malagueta Beach, while the Málaga Cathedral and many of the city’s main tourist attractions are within a 1 km radius.



Guests have access to a communal rooftop terrace with seating areas (open until 23:00), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The building also features a shared laundry room with washing and drying machines, as well as a gym available for daily or weekly use (€5.00 per day). The gym access can be arranged and paid for at the building’s office on the ground floor (Oficina). For added peace of mind, a security guard is on duty in the building at night.



The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. Inside, the space is arranged over one level with an open-plan living area that includes air conditioning, two sofas, a 43” Smart TV, a dining table with chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen.



There are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, wardrobes, and share access to a modern guest shower room.
