A recently refurbished, semi-detached townhouse on the peaceful and beautifully maintained El Capistrano Village.

The house has car parking immediately outside the front door and the communal swimming pools, restaurants and bars are a short walk away.

An entrance hall leads to a lovely bright living area which has double doors opening onto a sun terrace overlooking the garden. Steps lead down from the terrace to the garden which offers built in BBQ facilities.

The ground floor has a separate dining area with seating for 6, and a fully fitted and recently refurbished kitchen with washing machine.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and a good sized balcony with table and chairs overlooking the garden with views to the sea. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a small balcony.

From the first floor, stairs lead to a large roof terrace which offers sweeping views of the coast.

Internal stairs off the living room take you downstairs to bedroom 3, which has a double bed and an external door leading to the garden and lower ground floor terrace.

The living room and all three bedrooms have newly installed air-conditioning units and the house has central heating throughout.

The house has WiFi and is equipped with a Bluetooth DAB radio and speaker. Smart TV with numerous cable channels including Sky and TNT Sport and apps for all your favourite streaming services.

The beach is an 8 minute drive away and the centre of Nerja can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Both are walkable too and a regular bus also stops directly outside the front door of the house. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and two excellent golf clubs nearby.
