The inviting living room boasts a plush sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favorite shows, and a dinning table. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, complete with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delightful meals, featuring an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and cutlery.

Rest easy in one of three charming bedrooms: the first features a cozy queen bed, the second offers a double bed, and the third is fitted with two single beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens for your ultimate comfort.

The bathrooms come stocked with everything you need to refresh, including clean towels and convenient toiletries.

We ensure the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, so you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

The property can be accessed by elevator, but guests will have to climb a few steps to get to the door of the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a charming destination with a variety of attractions to explore. Visitors can marvel at the breathtaking views from the Cabo Girão Skywalk, admire the architecture of São Martinho parish church, and enjoy a scenic hike to the Levada do Norte hike endpoint. After a day of sightseeing, guests can dine at the renowned restaurant O Lagar and sample delicious local cuisine. This location makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and its offerings.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
