Villa Remus is a luxurious and tranquil retreat, located between Cala Carbo and Cala Vadella in the southwest of Ibiza. This authentic Spanish villa, surrounded by a tropical garden, offers a peaceful oasis with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, particularly from its stunning roof terrace where guests can enjoy panoramic vistas, including the magical sight of Es Vedra. The villa is perfect for families or groups of friends, providing plenty of space to unwind with its heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and multiple lounge terraces. Child-friendly features such as pool nets and an alarm are available on request.



The interior of Villa Remus combines Ibicenco and Balinese influences, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area features a plush lounge sofa, a 62-inch television with satellite receiver, DVD player, and a professional Dolby surround system for a cinema-like experience. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a water filtration system, and the adjacent dining room offers beautiful views of the pool and garden, which are beautifully lit in the evening. The outdoor fireplace, paired with a large wooden Buddha from Bali, adds to the villa's unique charm, especially at sunset.



Villa Remus has four air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with a professional sound system. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds and stunning sea views, while the other two can be configured with either double or single beds according to your preference. The villa also has three luxurious bathrooms, each with rain showers. The master bedroom boasts an outdoor bathtub and a double rain shower, offering an extraordinary experience with breathtaking views while bathing.



The villa operates entirely on solar energy, making it ecologically friendly and sustainable. It is designed for year-round comfort, with air conditioning (not available in communal living areas) for the summer and underfloor heating for the cooler months.



Conveniently, there is a supermarket just 300 meters from the villa, and a larger supermarket is only 5 km away. Ibiza Town is located 20 km from the property, and the airport is 15 km away.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with double walk-in shower, double basin, outdoor bathtub, and sea views.

Master Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and basin, and sea views.

Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): Double or two single beds (upon request), air conditioning, shared bathroom with rain shower.

Bedroom 4 (Ground Floor): Double or two single beds (upon request), air conditioning, shared bathroom with rain shower.

Villa Remus offers a range of modern conveniences including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a fireplace. For entertainment, the villa is equipped with a Sonos sound system, satellite TV, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The villa's outdoor area features a private heated pool, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, day beds, and a roof terrace with stunning views.

Capelli Tempest 800 boat rental: A comfortable 8-meter rib, suitable for up to 10 people. Prices include a skipper but exclude fuel. Available for:

Points to Consider:

Villa Remus prefers Sunday to Sunday bookings, but flexible arrival and departure days may be available during the low season upon request. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required, payable by credit card 7 days before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. The communal living areas do not have air conditioning.
