Villa Walden, situated on one of the prestigious golf courses in Quinta do Lago, Almancil, Portugal, offers a charming and traditional four-bedroom retreat in the heart of the Algarve. The villa comprises two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, with two of the bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The property enjoys picturesque views of the golf course from the pool and garden area, which features a spacious lawn ideal for relaxation.



The accommodation includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, opening onto a first-floor terrace that offers stunning views of the golf course. The first floor also features a double bedroom, while on the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom that opens up to the pool terrace, and the other sharing a bathroom with the double bedroom on this floor.



The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, and microwave, catering for up to eight guests. A utility room includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a clothes hanger. The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with doors leading to a large patio and pool terrace, where guests can enjoy the view of the golf course. For entertainment, the villa includes cable TV with English channels.



Outside, Villa Walden features a delightful pool area with a gas BBQ, an uncovered terrace with sun loungers, a dining table, and chairs. The large garden is beautifully maintained, offering privacy and serenity. The property provides ample amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in three of the bedrooms (with a ceiling fan in the fourth bedroom), and private parking.



Linen, towels, and separate beach and pool towels are provided and are changed once a week. If desired, more frequent changes can be arranged at an additional cost. Maid service is included twice per week.



Please note that air conditioning is available in three of the bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom (bedroom 2) is equipped with a ceiling fan.



Bookings are subject to a refundable deposit of 4,000 EUR, covering potential use of the telephone, specialist cleaning, or damage to high-value furniture and equipment. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided no issues arise. Guests will be informed of the deposit amount at the time of booking, and payment is required alongside the balance. Any damage must be reported to the local house manager, and any repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
