Layout

Casa Amendoeira is a single-storey villa with a private pool, large
patio and lawn, and a sheltered outdoor cooking/dining area. Inside is
a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (one with double bed and
ensuite, two with two single beds), and two bathrooms.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Amendoeira has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

Additional Information

Pool heating is available at the property which must be requested one
week before arrival. The cost is 250€ per week. The Council of
Albufeira has implemented a tourist tax. The tax amount is set 2 Euros
per day per person. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this
tax. The tax is payable for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights
.This is paid upon checking in the Holiday Planner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
