The villa you will be staying in is a 4-room villa with a total area of 95 square meters, situated on the ground floor. It features a comfortable and tastefully furnished living/dining room with a panoramic window, a Scandinavian wood stove, and international TV channels, as well as air conditioning. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace.

Amenities Included
The villa is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. It includes a double bedroom with air conditioning, a room with two beds and air conditioning, and another room with a double sofa bed, shower, bidet, and toilet, also with air conditioning. The kitchenette is fully furnished with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, the villa has a shower, bidet, and toilet separate from the room with the sofa bed. The heating system includes floor heating, which is available from November 1st to April 15th.
