The large infinity swimming pool (31.5 sqm / 339 sqft) is the centerpiece, complete with deluxe sun loungers and plush beanbags for sunbathing in style. An adjacent plunge pool (40 cm deep) is ideal for young children to safely enjoy the water. The villa’s vast terraces and surrounding garden provide ample space for guests to unwind and explore in privacy. A shaded alfresco dining area accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for enjoying meals prepared on the BBQ while taking in the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

On the pool terrace level, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and garden. One of these bedrooms is specifically designed to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility, ensuring comfort and ease for all guests. Upstairs, two additional double bedrooms are located, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and private verandas with garden and sea views. One of these bedrooms also includes an extra single bed, while the other has a sofa bed, offering flexibility for larger groups or families.
