It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is also air-conditioned, offering a comfortable and relaxing space.



Guests have access to a communal rooftop terrace, equipped with two reclining chairs and a parasol exclusively for the use of the apartment’s guests — perfect for sunbathing or unwinding. The terrace is accessible via elevator from another part of the building.



Parking space for small cars may be available upon request.
