It makes the ideal spot for family or friends who want to explore the beautiful town of Menton or simply just relax on the beach!

The front door goes into a hallway that leads into light-filled living room. The first thing that you will notice is the stunning view over the Mediterranean, thanks to the bank of windows and glass doors that open directly onto the terrace, which is an extension of the interior living space. The partly shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table, chairs and deck chairs so that guests can relax and enjoy the sea air.

Back indoors, the living room is tastefully furnished with a contemporary sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. The separate kitchen is off the hallway and well-equipped with a large cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge. A back door leads out to a separate balcony which overlooks the hills.

Location
The apartment is on the eastern side of Menton, in a peaceful part of town, just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Menton has been a popular resort town for over 100 years and is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. It offers a tempting mix of history, culture, fine cuisine and pure relaxation all year round. The Plage des Sablettes Est beach is 5 minutes from the apartment.

Just 6 minutes from the Italian border, the location ensures that guests can get the very best from la Belle France and enjoy Italy’s Dolce Vita!

For self-catering, the best local produce is to be found in the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (10 minutes drive, 35 minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc. Alternatively, there is a supermarket just 5 minutes drive away.

The apartment is just a 30-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port.

Nice airport is 50 minutes away by car.
