This beautiful loft bed industrial style apartment centrally located in Berlin Mitte is waiting for you! The 40m² apartment has enough place for five to sleep. You’ll have your own luxury kitchen & bathroom fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience complete with high ceilings and highly polished wooden floorboards just a stone's throw away from Rosenthaler Platz, Kollwitz-Kiez, Mauerpark and Alexanderplatz.

- Kitchen - fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle)

- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer

- Living-dining room with a dining table for 5 people, flat-screen TV, sofa bed for 2 people, sofa chair for 1 person



The Neighborhood:

Rosenthaler Platz, Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark and Alexanderplatz are bustling areas of Berlin. Kastanienallee is full of restaurants, small shops, cafés, etc. All these areas are directly in front of your door :)



Getting Around:

U8 at Rosenthaler Platz (max. 1 min walk).

Tram M1, M8 & tram 50 just around the corner.



Other Things to Note:

If you're in Berlin for business reasons, please let us know your company's billing address so that we can send you an invoice.



We provide a thorough antiviral cleaning service for the entire apartment including bedding, towels etc prior to each booking.
