This penthouse apartment is located in Mojacar Pueblo, one of the most beautiful villages in all of Spain - officially! The apartment is also located within the Victoria Building, which was a former hotel and offers first class facilities, whilst maintaining the charm and beauty of the Pueblo. Guests have access to an incredible roof top swimming pool (a true rarity with the village), which offers views all the way to Granada and Cartagena. The complex also has a sauna, jacuzzi and gym available to guests, which is completely unique within the Pueblo.

The apartment itself is a penthouse, and offers some of the best views across Mojacar Playa; maybe only beaten by the Castillo, which sits just above and is the highest point in all of Mojacar. Guests can enjoy stylish mid-century modern furniture, which provides comfort as a prioity.

Unlike lots of traditional Pueblo properties, the apartment has additional features such as air conditioning and double glazing. The apartment has a full kitchen, with a coffee machine, so guests can enjoy a ‘café con lech’ whilst taking in the incredible views from the large terrace.

Mojacar Pueblo has a full calendar of unique cultural events, including Moors & Christians (every June) and the magical Noche de la Velas (Night of the Candles), which is a truly magical night where the village is lit only by candles and star gazing is encouraged
