You will stay in a 4-room semi-detached house with 140 square meters of living space. The property features a spacious and bright interior with fully renovated, comfortable, and modern furnishings. The ground floor consists of a living room with a TV (flat screen) and an exit to the garden and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with five hot plates, an oven, gas stove, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and an exit to the terrace. There is also a shower, bidet, and WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a TV (flat screen). The upper floor offers two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an exit to the balcony, as well as a shower, bidet, and WC.
