Its identical sister villa, Casa Petunia, is conveniently located next door. Pool heating, WiFi, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, lounge, and dining room are included.

Within 10 minutes' drive of the sandy beaches of Castelo and Coelha, Villa Casa Joao sits amidst lush greenery offering splendid views of the countryside of Vale de Parra. These sandy coves are surrounded by rocky cliffs, offer plenty of space in the sun along with a restaurant/bar. Within 15 minutes’ walk down the hill, you would find a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants. Albufeira lies 3 miles to the east offering a wide selection of restaurants, activities and shopping amenities along the narrow, cobbled streets of the old town.

Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
