PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

We offer this amazing front line detached 3 bedroom villa with private pool that sleeps 6. The major factor with the villa is its front line position and just meters away from the sea. The villa is all one level. The new modern kitchen was fitted April 2016. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and dining table and chairs that seats 6, you can seat 6 by bringing two chairs from the outside. The lounge offers ceiling fan and two sets of patio doors that lead onto the front terrace. Fibre optic wifi is available.

The spacious outside terrace sits above the sea with magnificent uninterrupted views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. There are two terraces one around the pool with 6 sunbeds and table and chairs which leads to the purpose built BBQ area with again seating for 6 persons. The manager lives close by and is on hand for any matters that may arise.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.

This accommodation is 200 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
