The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. It includes a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, full-size oven with ceramic cooktops, microwave, dining table with chairs, and all necessary dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans. A coffee maker with supplies for coffee and tea is also available.

The open-plan kitchen and living room are fully air-conditioned. The living area has a large three-seater sofa which can be used as an extra bed, two armchairs, a fireplace, and a TV for relaxing evenings. From both the living room and kitchen, you can access the spacious balcony, complete with seating, a pergola, and views of the mountains and Perama's neighborhood.

The air-conditioned bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, blackout blinds, and a private balcony with stunning, uninterrupted views of the Saronic Gulf. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Salamina Island.

The apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully functioning washing machine.

You will have exclusive access to the entire top-floor apartment. You can use the building's large elevator to easily reach the 6th floor, as well as the dedicated parking space in the building's private lot uppon request.
