Casa Vista Bermeja is a modern, superior apartment situated in a quiet residential area of the rural agricultural village of Tinajo. It has views of the Bermeja volcano and the Atlantic Ocean from every window. It is situated on the edges of the Timanfaya National Park, the area of El Jable and ideally placed for walkers, cyclists and many other sporting pursuits. There is a tidal lagoon nearby for open water swimming. Surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paragliding and scuba diving are also available within easy reach.

It has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one with a bath and shower, one with a rainforest shower) and a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The bedrooms can be configured as single or as a double bed if you prefer. The apartment comprises more than 110 square meters internal space along with large outdoor areas with well kept garden and sun-bathing terrace.

It uses renewable energy to provide constant hot water and underfloor heating if required during the winter months. Temperatures rarely fall that low but it’s great to have when you need it!

The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.

There is a sun terrace with sun loungers and a second terrace with outdoor dining furniture for your exclusive use. There is also secure storage available for bikes and sports equipment.
