Passing through a second set of stairs, we reach the most special part of the villa, consisting of a studio with impressive views, a double bed, a second double bed, fully equipped kitchen, sofa area to have the first morning coffee facing the sea and the pool, bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A beautiful and well-configured space that will allow you to wake up and practically enter the water, as the pool area is located just in front of the studio.

With 800 m2 of plot, the villa has several terraces with outdoor sofas, tables for eating or dining al fresco, solarium for summer nights, a beautiful barbecue with a work bench and sink to prepare magnificent roasts and a large table for 8 diners next to the pool area.
