The beautiful balcony has great view at the beach (wonderful sunrise view) . It has been recently renovated and most of the art crafts have been made by me. It has modern and vintage touches , original artworks and antiques which i have restored personally with love and passion. There is a 32'TV, 2 airconditions , and very fast internet wifi 100Mbs . If you need a crib and a high chair bath for a baby , or kids toys message me to set it up before your arrival.
Old town and city center is very close(1-3min).
Koum Kapi beach is in front of the house.
Every Saturday there is a Local Open Market with fresh local products near the house .
Free parking lot near the apartment and free street parking .
