An exciting play area featuring a 21m x 18m football pitch with soft artificial grass, an easy-to-set-up badminton net, table tennis, a playhouse with slide and swings, and a trampoline, perfect for fun and active play for all ages. Exclusively for you, there is a 52 square meter covered dining area furnished with two custom wooden benches and chairs in addition to a wooden dining table. There is a flat-screen TV, a BBQ area, an extra refrigerator, a sink, and a cozy lounge corner that is easily accessible from the kitchen. This area is ideal for enjoying a late-evening glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the morning. You enter the tastefully furnished and fully functional interior from this terrace. There is also a small organic garden with seasonal vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini, as well as organic chicken eggs offered by the owner.
* The ground floor features a 60 square meter open-plan living and dining area with a dining table for eight, a fully furnished kitchen (including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster), and a living room with a very cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free WiFi, and IPTV channels.

Bedroom NO 3 (first floor, 13 sqm) has an en suite bathroom (7.5 sqm) with a Finnish sauna and a shower, as well as air conditioning, TV, and a king-size bed (170-200 cm).
Bedroom NO4 (first floor, 13 sqm) has an en suite bathroom (6.5 sqm) with a shower, a king-size bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and a TV.
There is a parking lot secured for 5 cars and two fast EV chargers for electric vehicles.
