Apartment Alicia La Gola, is a brand-new apartment, fitted to the highest standard, located a stone’s throw from the beautiful sandy beach in Puerto Pollensa.



This second-floor apartment, is accessed from a pedestrian walk way, which leads to the beach. There is a lift for easy access to the second floor. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all built using the highest quality materials.



You enter into a light and airy open plan lounge/diner. There is a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, a large dining table and chairs. The balcony leads off the lounge area with an additional table for Alfresco dining, and side sea views.



There is a twin bedroom located at the front of the apartment. The additional bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment, one-bedroom has an ensuite shower room. There is an additional family shower room.



The American style kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering holiday, complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.



There is a roof terrace for catching the last of the sun’s rays, with wonderful sea views on one side and sweeping views of the mountains on the other side.



This 3 bedroomed apartment is available for 4 guests for 32 nights or more.



The cost of electricity and water are not included in the price and must be paid in cash at the end of your stay.
