On the lowest floor, the home offers direct access from a private garage, a second bathroom, and a washing machine — ideal for extended stays or beach-heavy days.

Guests also have access to a communal pool within the Aljamar complex, open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 (subject to seasonal hours). Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
